I build high performing teams to drive new business revenue and expand business with current customers. We establish a formula for success with a heavy focus on the KPI’s. We ensure team members have the right coaching and professional development to be successful. We ensure leaders as well, are coached and developed to be the best leaders their team needs them to be. I have built Sales Teams, BDR Programs and Customer Success teams from the ground up. I have also come into situations where teams are underperforming. I identify gaps and turn the team into a high performance unit with a culture to win.
Sales Methodology- Consultative Sales Approach with a focus on Listening. We always "seek first to understand." We spend time understanding our customers needs, challenges, and what those problems are costing them. Then, we discuss how our products/solutions can meet those needs/solve those issues and demonstrate a measureable ROI.
Sales and Marketing must always be partners accountable to each other. We foster a culture of “we are in this together.” No pointing fingers. We only win when we function as a team.
Customer Success must be proactive with high activity. Quarterly Business Reviews as well as regular check-ins to find new opportunities and anticipate problems must be consistent. Happy customers keep retention high and drive a good amount of Referrals.
